Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

A. Withdrawal Policy for Services

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

If you use this online function, you will promptly receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information about the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time at which it was received.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and we began performing the service only after you had given your express consent and, at the same time, confirmed your understanding that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the contract.
